Consignment Form

If you are interested in consigning your horse with us, please complete every section of this form and submit it with the required documents. Incomplete submissions may not be accepted into the sale.

Listing Requirements

Photos (required): 

Provide clear, well-lit, recent photos that accurately represent the horse's current condition. Include a square, standing conformation shot from each side, plus front and rear views.

Coggins (required):

A negative Coggins (EIA) test is required, and it must be current and meet the requirements of the sale location and any applicable state or transport regulations. The paperwork must identify the horse and be legible. Horses without valid documentation will not be accepted.

Disclosure of defects and soundness (required):

Consignors must disclose all known defects, injuries, lameness, medical conditions, vices, and past or present soundness issues. Any surgeries, ongoing treatments, or maintenance that affect soundness or performance must also be disclosed. Listings that omit known issues may be pulled from the sale, and the consignor may be subject to penalties or loss of selling privileges.

Video (optional, encouraged):

Unedited video showing the horse at the walk, trot, and canter (or the gaits appropriate to its discipline), along with its intended use, helps buyers and often improves results.

Accuracy and compliance:

The consignor is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided. The auction house reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing that does not meet these requirements.
